Our software has a user friendly interface, easy to use and also reliable and run in windows platform and
100% Graphical User Interface (GUI).
For alternatively, we performed all drilling data parameter with graphical user interface. User can more easily
to take a conclusion with some parameter and can make a right decision more faster. Our graphic
representation built in with time base and depth base function, it can be used alternatively or both.
We provide panel monitoring in Rig Floor. It’s represent mainly parameter used for drilling job (Depth, Pump
Rate, ROP, etc). It’s also can be customized if there any request from driller to perform different configuration.
Database is commonly used for request past data. Our database can save more than 3 month drilling data
parameter and will not miss any important drilling data parameters.
Web Base system can monitor our field data in remote location with web browser like Mozilla, Internet
Explorer, Google Chrome, etc. which have internet connection . Our web base system can be easily configured
and used because it does not require any software installation and it’s based on new html 5 technologies. Our
web base system use secure authentication for every user who accessed the real time well data. Encryption for
data also can be configured if user need more secure configuration. We also use secure connection with SSL
for transmitting data from location to our server in Jakarta
For user simplicity, our drilling data parameters can also be monitored in real time and offline mode widely
with any mobile platform (blackberry, PDA, mobile phone, tablet, etc.). We have “smart” web base system for
mobile with adaptive bandwidth technology. This system can reduce bandwidth usage significantly, and very
suitable for mobile device application.
We also have database synchronization system between remote location and Jakarta office server, so it’s
guaranty that we would not miss any data from remote location. This system also has a mirroring scheme for
the database, so when something happen in location (blow out), we already have backup up the data
automatically.
In our web base system, all previous data can be loaded for analysis purpose(historical mode). The
Query(selecting criteria) can be selected by time, depth, and both. The database can save the well data until 6
month, even more because it’s depending on server hard disk capacity.

Our company has wide computer networking system, so our data can be monitored in every where around the
world with help of internet connection. Mobile phone, PDA and Blackberry can receive our data in field
clearly.
We have used Geodraft for make a MudLog, Pressure Log and Gas Ratio Log because it’s easy to use operate
and fully customizable and Master Log can be shown in units of MD or TVD
We can calculate Real time Pore Pressure, so it’s can be used for early warning if abnormal pressure is showed
up.
We have Real time Gas Oil Ratio Calculation, so user can compare the water and oil more faster.
PMT with smart system analysis can predict real time condition on remote location, so if strange anomaly
detected while drilling, the system will have notification earlier. Our system work based on Neural network
principle.

The bit tracking sensor is used to measure drill depth, bit location, rate of penetration,
drill pipe velocity, and peak drill pipe velocity. The sensor is installed on the draw work
of the drilling rig in close proximity to the fast sheave. It is wired through a safe barrier
for intrinsic safety. The sensor is designed and custom built by PMT.

DESCRIPTION:
Enclosed pit room areas of the latest rig designs, although they
are an improvement on keeping away from pit area workers the
hazardous fumes from drilling mud and additives, have
inadvertently trapped steam within the tanks, making the
temperature gradient too unstable for the legacy ultrasonic
sensors to function reliably over the long term.
Radar sensors provide the answer to handle effective and reliable
pit monitoring system onboard such rigs. Operating at 6.3 GHz,
the radar signals are unaffected by any temperature gradient
caused by steam or other fumes.

MEASUREMENT OF PURPOSE :
Drilling Fluid Volume in Pits and Trip Tank
A hookload sensor is critical to measure the weight of the block and the drill string while hanging to the block.
It is used to provide the following:
1. On bottom, off bottom and on slip switch (to activate depth monitoring)
2. To measure overpull and drag.
3. To measure pick-up and slack-off weight.
A pressure transducer is mounted into the Drilling Rig hydraulic system to measure Pressure at the Deadline
Anchor. From calculations within the PMT software; Hook-load, Weight on Bit, Drill-string Weight etc, may be
calculated.
BRAND: GP 50
MODEL: Mode 312 Pressure Transmitter
SENSOR TYPE: Isolating Diaphragm - Polysilicon Sensor
INSTALLATION LOCATION: Deadline Anchor (Hookload), Torque Manifold
MEASURING RANGE: 0-1000 psi
ACCURACY: +- 0.2% of SPAN

Proof for Class II and Class III, Division 1, Groups E, F, and G.
DESCRIPTION:
The line-tension transducer is mounted near the deadline anchor of the rig wire rope system.
Hookload is measured by monitoring the amount of tension created by the load of the Top Drive , System or
swivel and Kelly.
The sensor is independent of all drilling contractor systems and hence does not affect
nor depend on the functionality of the hydraulic system of the rig
BRAND: Varco
MODEL: TCE-100K Line-Tension Transducer.
SENSOR TYPE: Strain-gage (Wheatstone Bridge).
INSTALLATION LOCATION: Deadline Anchor.
This sensor is used to detect the actual rotation per minute (RPM) of the drill string. A Proximity Switch is used
to detect a metal target (minimum 1-mm thick) on the Kelly or Top Drive System. Measures RPM. From
countertimer hardware with software calculations, parameters such as Instantaneous RPM, Total RPM,
Rotating Time, are obtained.
SPECIFICATIONS:
MAXIMUM COUNT RATE : 1200 counts per minute
STABILITY : Stable throughout operating range.
OPERATING ENVIRONMENT :
-15°F to +160°F (-26°C to +71°C) 95% Humidity
MOUNTING :
a target Clamp to Rotary Table.
PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION :
Strokes measured by switch closures
SIGNAL OUTPUT :
Logic low and high, 0 and 5vdc
9. TORQUE SENSOR
Torque sensor is used to measure the force required to to rotate the drill string. Rotary torque sensor is
installed within the Top Drive control panel area. It is clamped to the power supply cable of the Top Drive
System and it measures the “Hall Effect’ of the current that flows through the power cable.
STANDARD SPECIFICATION :
The return flow is monitored to provide early detection of abnormal flow of mud returns from the borehole.
An increase of return flow may indicate a kick or a decrease of return flow may indicate lost circulation.
The return flow sensor is located in the return flow line,or ditch. This may be an enclosed or open flow-line.
The encoder technology applied to this sensor offers unprecedented sensitivity and accuracy. To maintain
compatibility and exchangeability with legacy flow line sensors, a digital to analog I.S. circuitry is built into the
sensor thus making the industry de facto standard 4-20 mA loop-powered type sensor connection.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Differential Pressure is measured between two pressure sensitive diaphragms. Housings are built for mud
weight in and mud weight out locations. Through PMT software, calculations of differential mud weight and
Equivalent Circulating Density (ECD) may be calculated.
SPECIFICATION :
1. GAS TRAP
The all stainless steel extractor is ruggedly built and can be easily installed and adjusted in height while it’s
working in position. With its uniquely designed impeller system, the gas extractor can maintain steady
flow of drilling mud through the extractor even with a substantial variation in the shaker tank level. This
helps ensure a meaningful and consistent gas reading. Supply with AC Voltage 220/380 Vac.
