Nhận xét cách Support Idea của các đoạn văn sau và dịch ra tiếng Việt:
1. Certain people believe that the development is dangerous for our societies as it could be
misused for any crime activities. For example, a computer hacker might have access to a bank
information system and use a person's credit card number. In another case, the hacker might
steal top secret information from the government and sell them to the terrorists.

2. However, I would argue that the advantages discussed above are outweighed by the
disadvantages. One main drawback is that children who enjoy spending time in front of the
computer screen are often reluctant to do exercise. Low physical activity levels are likely to
result in children becoming overweight, and in turn they would end up being obese. In
addition, some games tempt people to continue playing for hours, which could lead to
gaming addiction. In role-playing games, for instance, people might need to stay in front of
the computer for several hours in order to progress to higher levels, and therefore children
may spend an excessive amount of time on games.

3. Despite those said advantages, I still believe that the downside of the emergence of
modern technological devices in children’s leisure time is more worrying. The first drawback
is that children might develop a passive lifestyle and possibly isolate themselves from
society. This is because this way of entertainment is extremely addictive, and children
therefore are likely to spend hours in their room without any communication with the outside
world.

4. Secondly, since the source of online information is huge and readily available, young
people might benefit from early exposure to the Internet. If people are able to browse the
Internet at a young age, they can start their learning process earlier and as a result can
advance their knowledge as they grow up.

5. To begin, governments have more power than individuals in coping with the
environmental problems. They can, for instance, set up laws that ban the emission of wastes
from factory directly into the air and water courses.

6. Individual efforts can contribute a lot to address the pressing environmental problems.
Steps taken in individual level can be an effective solution for the world. For instance, if the
government of a country takes initiatives to reduce the rubbish produced daily, they can’t do
much. However, if the citizens take effort from their personal level, the rubbish production
could be controlled tremendously. Similarly, if administration of a country starts planting
trees, the effort would not go further without the collaboration of the individuals.

7. I also disagree with the idea that protecting animals is a waste of resources. It is
usually the protection of natural habitats that ensures the survival of wild animals,
and most scientists agree that these habitats are also crucial for human survival. For
example, rainforests produce oxygen, absorb carbon dioxide and stabilise the Earth’s
climate. If we destroyed these areas, the costs of managing the resulting changes to
our planet would far outweigh the costs of conservation.

Exercise 2:
On the one hand, the idea that children should continue to study at school until the age of 18
does have a number of benefits .
