HOT kitchen

This is a place where the raw materials are mixed which is then forwarded to the production line.

This room basically contains 4 types of equipment:

1. Mixer tanks-Functions to be known

2. Homogenizer Tank- Functions to be known

3. Chiller- To cool the mixture

4. CIP panel- This is basically cleaning equipment which cleans the machinery present inside the
production room.
