BOOKING REQUIREMENT

We acknowledge the receipt of your mail and we congratulate you on your new appointment with AirBus
Aerospace and Defence Company. In order to proceed, please do provide us with the below listed document;
DOCUMENT LIST

1. A scanned Copy of your Travel Passport.

2. A Scanned Copy of a recent passport photograph of you (For Visa Application)

3. Filled Travel Arrangement Form

4. Fill and return the Visa Application form as attached below (For Visa
Application).

5. Invitation Letter from AIRBUS Aerospace and Defence

6. A deposit of (£1,185.64 GBP) this covers for the cost of your flight
accommodation, and your transportation while in London.

Payment should be made to our account receiving officer via Money Gram Transfer with the details
below;

This should be done immediately so we can start processing your Visa. Upon payment, do send a scanned copy of
the deposit slip along with other document requested to me via this email address. Please note that any
additional expenses incurred due to transfers/commission/postages shall also be refunded to you.

NOTE FOR VISA APPLICANT

As soon as we receive this document, we will file an online visa application form with the UK BORDER AGENCY
website which will be used for the processing of your visa.

Before issuing you the visa the UK embassy in your country will request that you appear to submit hard copy of
your application and your original document. We shall inform you on when to expect a call from them. We shall
also inform you on documents to take along. After that, your visa to UK shall be issued to you.

NOTE: The invitation from the embassy is for the following reasons:

1. To reconfirm the authenticity of the documents that we shall provide to them which you
initially sent to us.

2. To physically confirm that you are the person applying for the visa.

3. To review your verbal response to their queries.
