being downtown and close to many of Salt Lake City’s attractions, it is still pricey. This building
is old, but the community around it is mainly young people. This shows that the young people
are living in the somewhat run down neighborhoods. The streets are tight and from what I could
tell, the only parking was on the side of the street or in the very limited spaces in the middle of
the road. An apartment like this should be on the cheaper side, though it seems very popular, it
isn’t in an ideal part of the city. I think the people here should pay less for their rent.
