To Whom it May Concern,

I feel honored to have been asked to write this letter as I can only offer my highest recommendation of
Ethan Kolb. For the past two years that I have known Ethan as his coach, 1 have been thoroughly
impressed by his drive to accomplish anything he sets his mind to. Ethan's ability to successfully balance
all of his extra-curricular activities, as well as, his academics, earning a spot in the top 5 percent of his
class, speaks to his ability to manage his time and establishes full confidence that he will prosper in such
as rigours setting that of a collegiate Business Program.

Ethan has demonstrated his dedication to improving his community through his work as a member of the
Merced City Youth Coimcil. In this leadership role Ethan devotes his energy to listening to the needs of
his peers. I am proud that Ethan is a representative of Merced. Ethan is an outstanding member of all
communities he is a part of. He collaborates well with his classmates displaying enthusiasm as a team
player. Ethan is innovative in his approach to problem solving and is resilient in fmding solutions. Ethan
is kind, his fnendly demeanor and welcoming spirit brings people to work together seamlessly. He values
the opinions and ideas of others and is impressive in his desire to take on challenges. His leadership skills
have been refined through his role as Senior Class President, representing the student body of Merced
High School. Ethan has shown great ability to communicate with others in pursuit of a larger vision.
Ethan is an individual who takes initiative and works hard in all that he is asked to do. 1 can trust he will
always fulfill the task at hand, surpassing expectations. Ethan has a passion to help others and has an
interest in being a lifelong learner in order to use the knowledge that he will gain on his path towards
becoming a lawyer to best represent his community's interests. I have full confidence that Ethan is an
outstanding candidate for the Generic Scholarship and will be an amazing asset to the college of his
commitment.
