Team Interaction with Project team [DEV/QA/BA]: Coordinated with product and platform teams for critical OOTB issues
and follow up on JIRA's. Shared necessary instance details, logs and scenarios with them. If necessary, I sat with them
during the defect debugging stages. Frequently follow‐up with the product team and Dev team for the fixes to meet the
project milestone and Quality on time.

GWL: Conducting daily meetings in GWL project, to discuss about the Release estimations, open UAT/internal defects,
release dates, JIRA updates, day to day project risk's and daily activities.

Capital One: Had a weekly connect with Jnani and team during the CR implementation stages. Provided the effort
estimation's and validation status to the team. Given dedicated support to the project to meet the deadlines. Frequently
follow‐up with Internal and Product team for the fixes and updated the status to customer.

Assurant: Attended weekly connect and customer meetings to update the project status and defect status. Also had
worked with Product and Cloud team during the cloud migration time. Worked with Dev team for the fixes.

Note: Q3, Q4 are in support mode. So we had work on only the support tickets. Not for any new implementation.

GWL:
Since it is an OOTB solution, We are raising all the internal and external issues in JIRA portal.

Reopens less than 2% ‐ SIT/UAT : There is no valid reopen from customer.

Effective Client Communication & Interactions feedbacks:

Had a customer communication with Capital One and GWL projects during UAT support and infancy care support stages
and provided functional clarification about the product and defects. Contributed as a QA person in Capital One and GWL
projects daily stand‐up and customer meetings. Participated in the daily and or weekly project status meetings and
updated/highlighted about the release status and risk areas in the project/releases. Contacted daily defect triage meetings
with internal Dev and BA team and updated the status to customer over the emails/meetings.

Others

to mentor team members if I get a chance.

2. Worked with investec and BJB team during UAT period as need basis.

4. Test cases are written in the testlink tool and executed as part of each load. Test Suite has been created for each load
based on the load scope and executed the same and test results are captured.

2. Performed release note review and smoke and sanity testing for each load before accepting a patch to QA.
3. Involved in UAT release management process like release note preparations, getting UAT/Prod downtime approval from
customer, taking necessary app and db backups, patch installations, defect verifications and hand‐over the instance to
customer.
3. Maintained the SQA documents as per standard and there are no major NC's. UAT defects has been categorized and
provided necessary RCA details to SQA team.

Automation:

Performed Automation testing for Capital One projects. Sanity and P1 cases are automated in nimble tool and the results
are captured. Manual v/s Automation runs & Gain report is prepared accordingly.

1. Given training on Metrics, LSM product to the GWL team. Which was helped more to resolve the UAT training and Inquiry
tickets.

2. Participated in various cross product trainings. Did self nomination and attended the RCM, LSM, Metrics product
trainings.
3. Attended product MSU trainings in the portal.
4. Attended ISTQB fundamental examination and cleared it.

5. Updated most of the Training and Inquiry tickets from GWL and made it closed. In such a way i educated the customer to
understand the product functionalities.

6. Learned the M7 products quickly and become expert on these products. It helped personally as well as organization to
