W ith due respect, I would like crave for a small chunk of your busy schedule, to
bring my plight to your kind attention. Sir, before doing that, I would like to
furnish my details as follows, as, ‘PNB PARIWAR’ is quite huge in size and it is a bit
difficult to identify each and every member straightaway:

6 Circle office Guwahati, not releasing me on pretext of lack of

reliever since last six months (to be approximate).Instead,
transferred me to a faraway place i.e.Silchar, Dist. Cachar, Assam.
Current Shocked by the news, I succumbed to my old ailment of ‘high
Status. blood pressure’ and had to submit ‘sick leave’ application along with
medical certificate through ‘HRMS’ (Screenshot enclosed). But my
circle office insisting on joining B/O Silchar and stopped my
salary, inspite of having plenty of leaves to my credit.
 Sir Ithyroidism
have been distressed with ailments like high blood pressure, hyper
etc. and since, I stay here alone, at times, I remain sick-abed
without any medical attention, for days, till, any of my kind hearted neighbours peeps
into my room to, inquire about my well-being, so, I have been advised by my doctors to
stay in close touch with my family and citing this along with relevant medical
certificates and medical test reports , I prayed for a transfer to the Burdwan circle,
since, my family stays at ‘Berhampur’ west Bengal, also, under the same circle, where I
have my flat, procured with a bank loan.

, ‘Head office’ was kind enough to approve my application for transfer and
Sir subsequently, notification for approval appeared on the relevant page of the
‘HRMS’ (screen shot enclosed herewith).

But sir, to my utter dismay, the circle office here, preferred to do ‘dily dalying’
and till date, not relieved me and in an unwarrantable and sudden move, transferred me
to a ‘far-off’ place called ‘Silchar’ located in another remote corner of the state and
‘dreaded’ for it’s difficult mode of communication which crumbles very often. Sir, I
became disquieted with the order and fell ill by sudden shooting of blood pressure and
eventually, applied for sick leave along with medical certificate through
‘HRMS’(screenshot enclosed).But my circle office here, for reason best known to them
termed my ‘inability’ to join duties as ‘unauthorised absence’ and withheld my ‘salary’ for
the month of May, thus , threatening the survival of my family and putting a stop to my
treatment as well as treatment of my ‘octogenarian’ mother, who is a patient of
‘osteo arthritis’.
, sir, finding no alternative, I have to prey for your kind intervention and
So arrange my transfer to my parent ‘circle’ at ‘Burdwan’ in compliance with ‘Head
office’ approval. Sir, it is also imperative to mention that, your timely intervention will
save me as well as my family from great financial, emotional and physical distress,
conferred upon me by such an undesirable action of the circle office.
