Activity # What you did: What you learned:
1. 13 I listened to my playlist It was a great activity. I felt like I was on
when I was on my my mission again even if it was for 30
Mission minutes only. I really felt the Holy Spirit
and was able to understand more the
message of every song that I listened.
2. 10 Listened to the recently I have learned a lot. One of the things
concluded General that really touched my heart was the
Conference message given by Elder Bednar. I loved
how he used the analogy of a rope/ a
chord that was knitted with several
strands. Same as the gospel of Jesus
Christ. There are things that we need to
have or understand to be able to fully
receive the blessings that come from it.
3. 9 Listened to CNN The show talked more on the effects of
Philippines inflation in the country, most especially
on agricultural products in the
Philippines. They also talked about the
issue on whether to import rice from
other countries due to the price increase
on the said staple food of the Filipinos.
And because of the inflation, even public
transports are affected to high price
increase. They also talk about the
advantages of the Rice Tariffication Law
that aims to bringing down the price of
rice.
4. 14 Watched a Movie It was an interesting movie. I was
entitled “ A Quiet curious about the movie to I did watch
Place” it. There was no talking at all until in the
latter part of the movie. But one thing
that I have learned from it is that you
don’t need ears to understand what is
going on around you and that
sometimes, listening is using your heart
to understand others. Had a great time
watching the movie, though.
5. 15 I volunteered myself to It was an interesting idea to volunteer
be the presenter in my myself to discuss things in English for 2
class in MBA hours. I discussed / shared my ideas
regarding philanthropic contributions of
business people in their society. I shared
the things that I have learned from my
previously attended classes. It was fun!
My professor was impressed on my
communication skills that he even
recommended me to a university official
that attended our discussion.
