As you set your goals, check them so they don’t go against your values. Revise them if they don’t align with your values so you will not find excuses for not completing any of the goals you have set for yourself.
3. Know your needs
Knowing your needs is the first step of living authentically. You must take care of yourself. Ask yourself whether you have the need to be acknowledged, to be right, to be in control, to be loved? People who lived their lives not realising their dreams often feel the lack of something in the deepest of their heart. List your top five needs and take necessary actions to achieve them.
4. Know your passions
Recognize the things you love in life. By knowing your passions, obstacles like doubt and lack of enthusiasm will not derail your journey to become the person you wish to be. Express yourself and honour the people who has inspired you to become the very person you wanted to be.
5. Live from the inside out

Share your spirit and knowledge with other for the rewards of sharing them is indeed rewarding. When you are appreciated, you will find a real peace and fulfilment.
