Rental Includes 1 hr. private planning & 1 hr. Rehearsal access: (Mon-Wed & Thursday or Friday possible 3 weeks
prior to event) Dates must be confirmed and acknowledge. Rehearsals and planning time to be planned around
events.

Cancelations: Within 10 days of booking are refundable, less $100 booking fee. After 10 days, deposit is forfeited.
Cancelations less than 30 days prior to rental date, prior to event date require balance of contract to be paid within 30
days of cancellation notice.

Date Change: A one-time date change is allowed 120 days or more prior to rental date. Deposit is applied, and a
10% rebooking fee is required to book new date. Rebooking to be made within 60 days of canceling original date.

Hour Changes: May add hours anytime allowing check to clear and if available. No credit for cutting hours 10 days
after booking. Overage of access times or unauthorized access charged double hourly rate.

Late Payments: $25/week late charge applied for late payments. $25 charge for no sufficient funds or returned
checks. Late payments may be requested in cash of cashier’s check.

Refunds: In the event of circumstances beyond our control that render the premises unusable (fire, natural disaster,
power failure, etc.) that would cause the cancellation of your event; your rental fee would be fully refunded, however,
The Bell Tower Chapel will not be held liable for any additional compensation to you, your caterer, florist, musician,
photographer or other subcontractors or vendors.

Liability: Rental Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bell Tower Chapel, its owners, employees and
affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, actions, and liabilities including: injury to persons, damage to
property, including but not limited to those caused by any service, food or alcohol provider and/or their products hired
or obtained by the renter; except for such claims, demands, losses, actions or liabilities that arise out of negligence or
willful misconduct by said owners, employees or affiliates. Bell Tower Chapel and its staff will also not be held
responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten articles. In the event of natural disasters, including acts of God, fire, flood,
etc., BTC has right to cancel or postpone rentals booked.
