Department : Human Resources Reports to : Human Resources Officer Main purpose of post: To deliver mail between various offices, clean offices / surroundings of the Administration block and serves drinks and snacks to members of staff and visitors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Grade 12 certificate with knowledge of housekeeping and 2 to 3 years experience.
KEY OUTPUTS OF POST
OUTPUT : Cleaned offices, bathrooms and surroundings.
DEFINITION : Cleans offices, bathrooms and surroundings in order to maintain high hygienic standards and a conducive working environment. KEY RECEIVER : Human Resources Officer
OUTPUT : Provided beverages
DEFINITION : Prepares beverages and refreshments for members of staff.
OUTPUT : Cleaned utensils.
DEFINITION : Cleans utensils and the kitchen after usage to ensure they meet the required healthy and hygienic standards. .
OUTPUT : Distributed Mail
DEFINITION : Collects mail from post office and various offices and ensures timely distribution to various offices.
OUTPUT : Undertake photocopying activities.
DEFINITION : Undertakes photocopies and ensures copier is in good working condition and reports any faults on the copier.
