academic disciplines and conduct of academic examinations in the form of 4 Formative Assessments, 1
Summative Assessment, 4 Computer Grand Tests, 3 English, Telugu & Hindi Grammar Tests,
Olympiads, Idealistic Programs, Sports and Games, Catchy co-curricular activities like Cultural
Fests, Tour, Field Trips and Social Awareness Programs.
Elated curiosity was unveiled to inspire your child to take part in diverse academic & Sports and
Games to get credited with triumphs.
 Annual Day Celebrations of the School are scheduled on the 16th March, 2019, from 6p.m. to 11p.m.
at School Ground, Sulthanabad.

You are entreated to CLEAR THE FEE DUES to collect the SA-II HALL-TICKETS at the earliest as their
ISSUE will be started within 2 days. Please ignore, if already paid.
 9th March, 2019, is a HOLIDAY as it is the SECOND SATURDAY.
 21st March, 2019, is a HOLIDAY on the colourful eve of HOLI.

Featured Points to be viewed:

 50% of the marks should be attained by the child for PROMOTION to the next class.
 Exams WILL NOT BE RECONDUCTED to the ABSENTEES.
 It should be noted very importantly that the application for TC should be submitted in case of Transfer
to any place, on or before 13th April, 2019, otherwise the I TERM FEE should be remitted. NO
APPLICATION FOR TC WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 13th APRIL, 2019.
 The application should also be submitted even if you want to shift your child to any of the branch in
ALPHORES on or before the 13th April, 2019.
 Summer Vacation for your child will be from the 9th April, 2019.
 The School Re-Opening date will be communicated to you BY SMS FROM SCHOOL.
 The BUS FEE for the Academic Year 2019-20 should be paid on or before 10th May, 2019.
 Books needed for the Academic Year 2019-20 will be apprised to you through an SMS from the
SCHOOL.
