Instructions to the Online Counselling Coordinators from 1st May 2019 to 10th May 2019

1. Information to the faculty members involved in online counselling

• The candidates can check their KEE 2019 results in the link

• They can book a slot either in ‘Onsite Counselling’ or ‘Online Counselling’ by doing the
following procedure

• Upon receipt of a call, the faculty members to start the dialogue by saying

• Welcome to Karunya Online counselling process

• Have you checked your KEE 2019 results online, (if not)

• Can you please give your application No. and Registered Phone number?

• Congratulations! you have been qualified in Karunya Entrance Examination 2019

• Can you please provide us the marks in the following subjects

• Mathematics =

• Biology =

• Physics =

• Chemistry =

• Computer Science =

• Agriculture =

• Forestry =

Note:

a) For B.Tech Civil, Mech, Aero, CSE, CSE(AI),CSE(DA), ECE, ECE(EMT), ECE(IOT) EEE, BioMed
and Robotics

• PCM or CSCM or CSPM) (Minimum 55%)

3. If the candidate is eligible proceed with the admission

Admission Process

• Can you please give your login ID and Passcode

• You have applied for B.Tech CSE program. You are eligible and the seat is available.

• Can we help you in completing the admission process?

• Would you mind us helping in your fee payment process?

• If they say yes:

• Please go to your login portal login

• Under application tab, please click application form

• Go to the last part of the page and select the disclaimer

• Please select the payment mode: online/credit card/debit card

• Click on Axis (no card charges in the case of Debit Card)

• Then click proceed

• Type your card number, cvv, date of expiry, name on card

 • Make payment

• Enter the OTP which will come the registered mobile and submit.

• You will get an intimation that payment is successful.

• The candidate will get an intimation that he/she is provisionally admitted

4. If the seat is not available in the requested program

• You have applied for B.Tech CSE program. We are sorry the seats are already filled in CSE,
however we have seats in the branches such as _________________.

• Would you like to opt for any other branch

• Can we help you in completing the admission process. (if they say yes and convey the
branch of their choice)

• Would you mind us helping in your fee payment process?

• If they say yes:

• Please go to your login portal login

5. The candidate will get an intimation that he/she is provisionally admitted. The candidate can
