COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

We, NELSON P. SABORNIDO, of legal age, married, Filipino, a resident of

Zone 1, Poblacion, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, hereinafter referred to as FIRST
PARTY;
and,

EDGARDO U. BONGCAWIL, JR., of legal age, married, Filipino and a

resident of Zone 1, Misamis Oriental, hereinafter referred as SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH;

That on March 11, 2018 at about 11:00 o’clock in the afternoon, an accident
occurred at Magsaysay Street, Zone 1, Poblacion, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental
involving a Maroon Yamaha motorcycle driven by the one Nicholson L. Sabornido, the
son of the Second Party, with Driver’s License No. K02-16-011064 and the daughter
of the Second Party, Eloisa Nicole B. Bongcawil;

That the motorcycle mentioned above registered in the name of the First Party
and is more particularly described as follows:

The FIRST PARTY obliges himself to pay the entire medical and hospital bills
incurred in attending/curing Eloisa Nicole B. Bongcawil including the purchase of
medicines or medical equipment, if necessary, upon demand and/or presentment of
proof of the amount incurred by the Second Party.

That, the SECOND PARTY shall release, completely clear, and forever
discharge the FIRST PARTY and his driver from any action, cause of action, sum of
money, liability, damages, claims and demands whatsoever, which in law or in equity
I/we have, or which I/we, our heirs, insurer, successors and assigns hereafter may
have upon or by reason of the damage sustained by the vehicular accident with the
intention to completely and absolutely waive all our right of action, causes of action,
claims and demands, of whatever nature, arising from, or in connection with the
aforementioned accident, unless the First Party fails’refuses to perform his obligation
mentioned herein.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 11th day of
