Did you know 92% of the worldʼs population lives in areas where the
air pollutants exceed WHO limit for safety2.
In 2016, air pollution was the second most serious risk factor

The hidden menace
We would like to believe that the level of pollutants is lower, once we are inside a vehicle.
Unfortunately, this remains far from the truth. Vehicles often take in emissions from surrounding cars
and circulate them inside as well. The amount of toxicity inside the car depends on the congestion on
the road, the age of the car, driving speed, ventilation, the type of vehicles driving ahead, weather,
and other factors.
The air in your car can be up to 15x worse than the air outside1
Pollution inside cars that are stuck at traffic signals can be up to 29 times higher than when traffic is moving2
Children breathe more air per kilogram of body weight than what adults breathe at
rest. An infant has three times the per minute ventilation of an adult and a 6-year-old
has double. Children also tend to be physically more active than adults. It is clear
therefore, that environmental toxicants found in the air, both indoors and outdoors,
will be delivered to children at higher internal doses than to adults1.
Air pollution affects at least 47million Indian children2
Every 3rd child in Delhi has impaired lungs3

Itʼs time for a car air purifier
Seasons change and so do the level of air pollution.
It heightens during winters. Unfortunately intake of air is not
dependant on an individualʼs choice unlike food and water.
If the air quality is bad, we are forced to breathe in
the bad quality.
