SUMMARY
Vanita Agrochem Ind. Pvt. Ltd., Takawade organized
induction training program for trainee engineer. The induction training
program was scheduled for one month, total lectures were conducted
and they are summarized in this report. Training program was started on
10th November 2017 & concluded on 14th December 2017.

1. PRODUCTION & PACKING: (10/11/17 TO 25/11/17)


I have learned following aspects of production & packing,
 Process flow diagram for various products.
 Working of process related equipments.
 Utilities required for process.
 Packing related activities.
 Production report making.
 Objectives of production department.

2. PPC: (27/11/17)
This department is backbone of all departments. Overview of
points that I have learned,
 Production plan making by collaborating all orders as per
NORM for actual manpower.
 FG monitoring, Tentative planning of reactors, spray dryer for
week and months.
 Last year and this year sell data tracking.
 NORM increment scope.

3. MARKETING OR SALES: (27/11/17)


Overview in this department,
 Our company marketing plan.
 Order entry in system.
 Sale invoice making.

4. STORE (FINISH GOOD): (27/11/17)


Overview in this department,
 Load calculation.
 Alternative transport arrangement for same route.
 Fare charges calculation.
 Disposal of scrap material.

5. ENGINEERING : (28/11/17 TO 05/12/17)
