these have been split in two categories with two different time limits:
- Planning Requirements: 45 days before the beginning of the Soft Opening Program
Requirements to make the Go-No Go decision to schedule the Soft Opening Program; these need solid proof of
compliance at least 45 days before the Soft Opening Program.
- Execution Requirements: 10 days before the beginning of the Soft Opening Program
Requirements for a successful execution of the Soft Opening Program, that require to be completed and thorough
