LANDSCAPING SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS FOR DC1

 Need to adhere to the Lusail’s designated plot entrance (Show coordinates of plot entries on plans), and
need to maintain the Lusail’s Districts designated kerb cut configuration
 Concept landscape plans should be provided (plants, hardscape, wall elements, water features, etc.)..
Detailed landscape plans are required at DC2 stage
 Spot elevations on site referenced in QNDH (to determine grade changes and/or grading requirements)
 The Developer need to provide general grading layout showing interfacing with the Public Realm and
roads.. all level changes and steps to be within the plot limits.. none are allowed in the public realm
 Screening & buffering strategies

REQUIREMENTS FOR DC 2
 Table of contents
 General arrangement layouts in context to the surrounding roads/plots
 Grading & drainage layouts
 Interface details & sections between plot and Lusail Public Realm
 Coordinates for curb cuts and driveways to plots
 Hardscape layouts & details
 Proposed hardscape pallet
 Softscape layouts & details
 Proposed softscape pallet (Lusail recommended selection)
 Street furnitures/fixtures layouts
 Irrigation layouts
 Lighting layouts and proposed fixtures pallet
 Sections with levels within plot and surrounding public realm.. hard edge details at plot peripheries..
 Boundary walls treatments
 Details of manholes/chambers, pipe dimensions, gas valves etc.
 Landscape drawings for public realm that borders plots (soft and hardscape materials, street furniture,
hydrants, signage, lighting etc..)_ this will need to be submitted to the developer along with the other
infrastructure packages upon handing over the site to the developer.. if not yet received, it could be
requested (via Hassan B. I.)..
 Provide stamped and signed Design Summary Sheet
 Provide report that addresses comments as part of submittal & resubmittal
 Compliance statement from Developer/Design Consultant addressing ALL to the above requirements..
