Part 1: After checking the Unit 1 Topic 2: Modal Verbs, write 1 sentence using each
one of the following modal verbs regarding your role as citizen: can – could – may -
must - should - ought to – have to – need to- had better - would.

CITY OF THE ETERNAL SPRING

First day:

Next month we will go to Medellin with some

friends, we can know the recommended
tourist sites. Upon arrival, we should look for
a hotel in the city. We can look for a typical
food restaurant near the hotel. At night we
should go to the cinema to watch a horror
movie, and at the end, we can go dancing at
the disco.

Second day
 We can sleep late at the hotel. We will go to
know the peñol of Medellín and we can climb
the whole rock to look at the beautiful view.
In this place, we must buy details to take our
relatives. We could have lunch in Guatepé
and return in the evening.

Third day

In the morning, we will go to see the

botero park, we could take many
pictures to show our friends. In the
afternoon, we will travel by metro,
we can go around the city. We
should go up in metro cable and we
can enjoy the view of the city. At the
end, we must return to the hotel.

We will visit to a friend of my boyfriend, we can go out
dancing in the night, to jhon would like to go to the pool,
we will be knowing several places of acacias, we should
go in the afternoon to the river, we could see the sunset.
 Third day

We will have breakfast on the edge of the pool, we will

go to buy sweets, we could go for a walk along the
river, we will be in the livestock exhibition, we should
stay one more day.

FAMILY WALK

First day
 This weekend I will go with my family to
tocaima, we should leave the house at six in the
morning, my children are very excited preparing their
bags. We will take some food for the trip, my family
and I could have lunch on the way.

Second day

On our second day we will leave very early to ride a

bicycle, we will visit the hill of Guacana, then we can
go to the river camel. In the afternoon we should go to
the market square, at night we could go through the
main park that has plant species, and is one of the
largest in Colombia

Third day

We will have breakfast at my sister's house. then we

should go to the pool for a while, we could prepare lunch near
the river and at night prepare suitcases for the return home
