Business Ethics-is a form of applied ethics or professional ethics, that examines ethical principles and
moral or ethical problems that can arise in a business environment. It applies to all aspects of business
conduct and is relevant to the conduct of individuals and entire organizations.Ethics is study of proper
business policies and practices regarding potentially controversial issues such as corporate governance,
insider trading bribery, discrimination, corporate social responsibility and fiduciary responsibilities.

1.Business Organization-an entity formed for the purpose of carrying on commercial enterprise. Such an
organization is predicated on systems of law governing contract and exchange, property rights, and
incorporation.

2. Employees or Worker-

3.Environment-Is everything that is around us. It can be living or non-living. It includes physical,
chemical and other natural forces. Living things live in their environment. They constantly interact with
it and adapt themselves to conditions in their environment.

4.Local Community-A community has been defined as a group of interacting people living in a common
location. The word is often used to refer to a group that is organized around common values and is
attributed with social cohesion within a shared geographical location, generally in social units larger
than a household.

5.Shareholders or Investors-A shareholder can be anyone who invests in a corporation that issues
shares, either in a private or public company. On the other hand, an investor is anyone who takes an
ownership interest in any type of venture, whether it is a corporation or other business structure.

6.Consumer or Customers-The person who buys the goods or services from as seller is known as the
customer. The customer is also known as buyer or client whereas the Consumer is the ultimate user of
the goods. The customer can be an individual or a business entity while a Consumer can be an individual
or a family or a group of people.

7.Government or its Administrative Bodies-Administrative law is the body of law that governs the
activities of administrative agencies of government. Government agency action can include rule making,
adjudication, or the enforcement of a specific regulatory agenda.
