visa-free 30 days from the date of entry through the checkpoint at the State Border of the
Republic of Belarus Minsk National Airport

CROSSING THE BORDER OF DISASTER AND TOTAL CONDITIONS (the

availability of documents and money can be checked at the border):

1. entry is through the “National Airport Minsk”;

2. A foreigner has a valid civil passport or other document replacing it for traveling abroad (the
passport must be at least 90 days after the planned date of departure from the territory of the
Republic of Belarus. The passport must have at least 2 (two) blank pages for visas / marks about
crossing the border);
3. A foreigner has with him money in an amount equivalent to at least 2 basic values for each
day of stay (6 US dollars) in Belarus (50 basic values - 525 US dollars if the stay is 30 days);

The availability of funds can be confirmed by presenting:

1) the national currency of the Republic of Belarus or foreign currency convertible by the
National Bank;
2) a document on the basis of which it is possible to receive payment instruments (travel checks,
securities, etc.);
3) a document confirming the booking and payment of accommodation and meals in the
Republic of Belarus - a hotel;
4) letter of guarantee of the FL / UL applying for entry, stay or residence, for payment of all
expenses related to his stay and departure;
5) a vehicle or tickets to the state of its citizenship,
The presence of a bank card intended for settlements abroad may serve as a basis for confirming
that you have the necessary means of payment only if you have an account statement with you
no more than 10 days old.

4. A foreigner has a valid medical insurance policy in Belarus with a period of validity similar
to or longer for a stay in the Republic of Belarus for the amount of insurance coverage of at
least 10 thousand euros. If it is necessary to register citizens in territorial bodies for citizenship
and migration, a medical insurance contract (insurance policy) must be accompanied by an
official translation into Belarusian or Russian.

foreigner;
- to spread its effect on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
- act during the period of temporary stay or temporary residence;
- Provide an insured amount of not less than 10 000 euros;
- the existence of a contract can be confirmed by an insurance policy, insurance card or other
document containing the above information about the contract.

5. within 5 (five) working days from the moment of entry into the territory of the Republic of
Belarus, the foreigner is obliged to register with the internal affairs bodies at the place of stay.

For the citizens of Vietnam, Haiti, Gambia, India, China, Lebanon, Namibia, Samoa, a
mandatory requirement, along with those specified in paragraphs 1-4, is the presence in the
document for traveling abroad of a valid multiple entry visa of one of the EU or Schengen states
marked on entry into the territory of one of the states of the European Union or the Schengen
zone, as well as air tickets with confirmation of their flight departure from the National Airport
Minsk within 30 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Belarus.

The established procedure for visa-free travel does not apply:

-for those arriving in Belarus on flights from Russia, as well as intending to fly to airports in
Russia;
-for foreigners undertaking official travel: diplomatic, official, special, and other passports
equivalent to them will not be taken into account.

VISA RULES

1. All foreigners, except for permanent residents (residence permit) enter, leave, suffer on visas.
2. Foreigners who arrived at the border checkpoint to leave the Republic of Belarus, if they do
not have a valid visa, leave the document to travel abroad (passport) without a visa after
administrative liability for violation of the rules of stay and transit rules

Entry visas.
Types:
Single entry visa - single entry, stay and departure during the period of validity of the visa and
within the number of days of stay specified in the visa, but not more than 90 days in a calendar
year from the date of entry into the Republic of Belarus.
Double entry visa - for double entry, stay and departure during the period of validity of the visa
and during the number of days of stay specified in the visa, but not more than 90 days in a
calendar year from the date of the first entry into the Republic of Belarus.
Multiple entry visa - repeated (more than 2 times) entry, stay and departure during the period
of validity of the visa and within the specified number of days of stay, but not more than 90
days in a calendar year from the date of first entry into the Republic of Belarus, unless otherwise
provided by international treaties The Republic of Belarus.
