Please accept this letter as a recommendation for Aliyah Cross. Aliyah is studying full
time in the Business Administration classroom for the 2018-2019 academic school year. I
have gotten to know Aliyah over the past year as both her teacher and FBLA advisor. It is
a pleasure to write on her behalf.

Aliyah has been involved in several activities here at Green Mountain Technology and
Career Center. She has been an active member of the GMTCC Future Business Leaders
of America and served as the clubs Treasurer. She has participated in community service
including helping to decorate the GMTCC float for the winter parade. Aliyah has also
held two internships this year. Her first internship at Wolcott Elementary School and her
second at Turing Heads Salon in Morrisville. Her mentor check-ins and evaluations were
very positive at both internships

Aliyah exhibits traits of a model student by her commitment to academics and

attendance. She is always present in class and in her various club meetings. Aliyah is
always on top of her work, and when she finishes, she is always willing to help other
classmates. She has been voted student of the month this year by her peers. She has a
very strong work ethic, and I am sure that she will be successful in the career path that
she follows.
