Reflection:

At the beginning introducing the letter that thought it was the Letter J I got a box with different objects
and children should guess what inside the box children enjoyed predicting what will be inside the box.
This activity is engaging that let all the student engage during the circle. In the box was some words
that they already know, and I added more so they thing and try to guess the word to be more
challenging

Then we learn how to write the letter J by telling them the direction they should use the magical pen to
write the letter. Then I Introduce the different centres and most of the centres was hands-on activities
according to Piaget that child learns more through playing. And I include art activities that its focus
more on the child choice. I also tried to make a different activity for the special need student so it Mach
her level. activities worked well because I planned for them and I got all the material and I also give the
student clear direction so they will know what they are doing.

I also managed the class well and use a positive reinforcement and use the class dojo to make student
get excited to get more pointed.

Also while the student was working I went around them asking them question about what they are
doing to make sure they are knowing what’s going on.

In the closing I gathered them back to the carpet and talk about they’ve done
during the centres. and finally the assessment to see if I reach the goal that I set
before the lesson that 60% of the student are developing, after I review their work
I found that there are student struggling knowing the words that starts with the
letter J the Exit ticket was about having different pictures and they should colour
the ones that starts with the letter. 40 % of the student got the right answer and
the rest found some and some don’t
