INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE

(Following instructions must be read carefully)
1.Candidates should bring with them this downloaded Admit Card along with any original Photo Admit Card of Madhyamik/Equivalent Examination
or any other Photo Identity Card e.g. Voter ID Card, Aadhaar Card, etc. for proof of their identity, without which candidate may not be allowed to
enter into the Examination Hall.
2.Candidates must bring with them Black/Blue Ball Point Pen only.
3.Candidates must enter the Examination Hall 30 minutes before the start of the examination to receive general instructions for answering MCQ
type questions.
4.Candidates will not be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall with Graph Papers, Log Tables, Calculators, Mobile Phone, Tab, Digital Diary,
Pager, Digital Watch or any other electronics devices.
5.This Provisional Admit Card must be shown to the officer supervising the examination as and when asked for.
6.Violation of any instruction and adoption of any unfair means in the Examination Hall shall render the candidate liable for cancellation of his/her
answer sheet and forfeiture of his/her claim for admission.
7.All applicants who appear to be prima facie eligible are provisionally permitted to sit for this Joint Entrance Examination (JEXPO-2019). If after
scrutiny at any stage, it is found that the applicant is otherwise ineligible, his/her candidature will be cancelled automatically even if he/she has
appeared at the examination and secure position in the merit list.
8.In case any discrepancy is observed in the data printed on this Provisional Admit Card pertaining to the candidate's personal details, the same
should be brought to the notice of the Council before the date of examination.
9.Claim of seats reserved for SC/ST/OBC candidates is strictly for applicants having caste certificate originated in the State of West Bengal only.
SC/ST/OBC candidates belonging to other state outside West Bengal shall be treated as General category candidates.
10.Original copy of SC/ST/OBC/PC/LLQ or TFW certificate, as applicable, will be required at the time of counseling and admission.
11.Candidates must fill OMR Answer Sheet very carefully in consultation with this Provisional Admit Card and the Question Booklet.
12.Rough work or any other type of writing should not be done on the OMR Answer Sheet. Question Booklet may be used for the purpose.
13.Candidates may download the Sample OMR Answer Sheet from the website www.webscte.co.in.
14.This Provisional Admit Card should be preserved by the candidates till completion of admission process.
