1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 45, s. 2007 entiitled lnstitutionalization Of the Supreme
Pupil Government in all Elementary Schcols Nationwide arid DepEd Order No. 49, s. 2011
eriri+kled Mandated Programs, Projects, and Activities Of the Supreme Student
Govertiment, all Supreme Pupil Government (SPG) and Supreme Student Government
(SSG) are mandated to organize for the participation of their members, students and
volunteers in the Annual Brigada Eskwela.

2. This year's Brigada Eskwela with the theme "Matatag na Bayan para sa Maunlad na
Paaralan" will be on May 20-25, 2019. Relative hereto, the Division Youth Formation
Coordinator is tasked to monitor the conduct of Brigada Eskwela related activities
spearheaded by the organization as reflected in the submitted school SPG and SSG
General Plan of Action (GPOA).

3. Moreover, technical assistance on the proposed school SPG and SSG flagship project for
SY 2019-2020 will be provided.

4. Enclosure No.1 is the schedule of the monitoring and technical assistance.

5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
