Objective: Development and Production of Animated series for Nursery Rhymes

Understanding your needs


Sana Khan seeks an experienced and capable partner to develop their Animated series for Nursery
Rhymes. The Animation will act as an instructional guide to get you success online & offline. The
video must be comply by guidelines, with modern and intuitive design that echoes and affirms Sana
Khan’s core message and it’s aspirations to become a leader.
Through close collaboration with the Sana Khan’s team, we will consult on script, storyboard, voice-
over, stock videos & animations to help meet the needs of the Project.

We appreciate the opportunity to develop the animated series for Nursery Rhymes. These animated
video will lead to impact the market share and increase the business for Client. We look forward to

Project Scope and Requirements


We've reviewed the project scope and requirements, and will include them in the steps moving
forward. Many of these requirements are purely technical in nature, and will not be discussed in
detail in this proposal. The core of this proposal is focused around the impeccable storyline, perfect
execution and user experience.

Now let’s break down each step of the process. Behind each explanation animated videos are the
hard work of a talented, dynamic team of creative professionals including script writers, illustrators,
designers, animators, voice talent, sound designers and much-more. Each Video Creator process
may differ a little, but we’ll try to provide a clear general understanding of how the process works.

Expect the entire process from hiring to finished product to last anywhere from 6-7 weeks. This is
the optimal amount of time the Bridging Gap needs to get through all the writing, design, and
revisions efficiently. Rushing this timeframe is possible, as the team will most often have to work
overtime to finish it, generally on weekends.

The Video Animation Production Process

Pre-production

Research & Kickoff (1st week)

Bridging gap digs deep into your brand and your goals. With all this insight, you typically meet to
agree on a direction for your video and discuss the process and plan for your production. After
Research, we will come up on script writing and with the help of your team we will finalise script in
one week.

Storyboards & Style frames

With a final script set, the artist creates a storyboard. This is typically a sketched (pencil or digital)
representation of every single frame of your video. It should give you an idea of how your story will
flow visually. Along with this, they’ll present a couple static renderings of what your video should
end up looking like. This gives you an idea of the colors and feel of your video.

Production Process

It entails the whole video animation process; Bridging gap will assign his team to cover all the
important points covered in script and some raw scenes for future use. It also includes the right
direction for the video to enhance its aesthetics and value.

Voiceover

In this case Bridging gap will send some sample voice to get approval and then will get final voice
over recorded.

Design & Animation

The artist will continue to design out all the frames of the video. Once they’re complete and the
voiceover is recorded, the video editor will break every layer (sometimes numbering into the
thousands) apart and meticulously animate each piece to match the voice recording. From here any
changes to the script, storyboard or style could throw a huge kink in the timeline and incur more
costs.

Sound Design

We do have sound but will require some sound FX too to give an impact to video.

Finishing

Bridging gap will mix all the scenes with the final mix down of audio from the sound designer, render
and deliver your video in the applicable formats.

USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN PHASE


• During the User Experience (UX) Design phase, we determine how the animated videos will
fulfil the many user objectives that will provide for a successful viewing experience. By
combining business objectives with user objectives, we’re able to sketch out the different
design and flow that need to be designed in order to achieve both parties’ needs. We
determine how these videos will have maximum impact and how content will be organized
in each animation to provide the best user experience.

• This is without a doubt the most crucial part of the project, since once we move on to visual
design and development; it becomes much harder and more expensive to make changes to
the animation’s layout and structure. We therefore make sure that all the details regarding
animation and flow are clearly articulated and agreed upon during preplanning phase.
