The primary purpose of the practice is to master the method of titration to
determine the pH and pOH of unknown substances to neutralize it further and dispose of it. According to the study, the increase in NaOH 0.1M, which is the base required to neutralize the acid increased with the HCL molarity concentrations. This also increased the percentage error (theoretical = 0.01 M HCL). This led to the formulation of the graph, indicating a direct relationship. This is explained by the reactions which occur when chemicals reactions take place and, in this case, it was NaOH and Neo Kenya. Conclusions Titration is the process used to determine the analyte present in solution. The analyte is usually the dissolved unknown in the titration experiment. It is essential in determining the number of moles required. According to the study titration method seems to be an effective method of knowing the pOH and PH. The base needed to neutralize the experiment increases with the HCL molarity concentration M and parentage error. People intending to perform titration should consider using titration in the determination of PH and POH of known substances for further neutralization.
