percent. The water prices in the country were increased by 832 percent, and this made life difficult.

and citizen security. Also, the vice-president of the United States of America visited Buenos Aires to
strengthen the U.S – Argentina relations. He also expressed solidarity with Macri administration despite
economic reforms. The United State of America sees Argentina as the ally on Venezuela and drug

upbringings and business practices among themselves. The good relationship between Argentina and

I feel sympathy for the people of Argentina because of the high cost of living. There are paying high
taxes to the government of Argentina, and it is later misused. There is a high percentage of corruption,
which makes the development of the country. The government made a mistake by increasing the cost of
petroleum products in the country. Almost everything consumes petroleum products; increasing prices
will result from increasing in price in everything. Other commodities will also be affected indirectly, and
their price will increase eventually. President Macri made empty promises to the people of Argentina,
but he did not accomplish even a single promise. President Macri also loaded the country with debts
adding burden to the younger generation. The younger generation will strive to pay these debts of the
country which was brought by Mr Macri. There is hope for Argentina because there are good relations
with the United States of America. The United States of America under the president can help Argentina
to come out from debts and to regain its economy.

I have understood that there are countries in modern Latin America are struggling with economic
growth. Also, there are countries in modern Latin America, which are loaded with heavy debts such as
Argentina. The countries in modern Latin America have a great unity among them. The United States of
America has gone for rescue for Argentina to ensure it regains its economy. The author has the
perception that Argentina is headed in the wrong direction under the administration of President Macri.
The author also believes that people made a mistake by choosing president Macri because he made
empty promises.
