The Applicant must be required to obtain stated optimum standard in all seven (7) core competencies and three (3) out of five (5)
optional competencies listed in the table below.
A (Proficient) - Can perform a competency independently
B (Application) - Can perform a competency under a reasonable supervision
C (Knowledge) - Understands the functions of a competency

b) Monitor the productivity, unit cost of elemental items and optimum
usage of materials and alert the management for any deviations
c) Periodical reconciliation to the project materials and subcontracts

6. Environment, Sustainability, Health and Safety A
6.1. Knowledge, understanding and application of environmental and

process, escape system and safety management system

7.1. Knowledge and understanding the structure, by-laws, rules of conduct,

values, mission /vision and services of IIQS
7.2. Application of rules of conduct and ethical standards into the professional
practices at all time
7.3.

available within the contracts involved
9.2. Knowledge and interpretation of other alternative dispute resolution
process being practiced in the industry
