COMMISSION ON AUDIT MEMORANDUM NO.

75-9 November 17, 1975

TO : All Department Managers, Corporation Auditors, Supervising Auditors, Heads of

Auditing Units, and Other Auditing Personnel Concerned.

SUBJECT : Recall of all detailed personnel

In order to ascertain the actual personnel requirements of various auditing units, offices
and agencies and to be able to evaluate the performance of each personnel, the detail of all
auditing personnel is hereby terminated, effective immediately.

All auditing personnel, therefore, are instructed to return to their permanent stations or
offices, except the following:

1. Those whose detail is approved by the undersigned;

2. Those who are attending seminars or in-service training courses; and

3. Those performing special assignments like investigations or acting as officers-in-

charge of auditing units.

The Managers and Corporation Auditors concerned shall supervise the immediate
proper implementation of this order.

A report of compliance with this Memorandum shall be submitted to the undersigned

within fifteen (15) days from receipt hereof. Likewise, the names of personnel who are covered
by the above exceptions shall be submitted in a separate report, stating therein the special
assignments being performed by the personnel, and in case of attendance of seminars, the
subject and duration thereof.

Failure to comply with this order will be considered as sufficient ground for administrative
action.
