Happiness
Happiness is something that is felt throughout actions or emotions. It is a main key point
to being healthy, physically, and emotionally great. Happiness is needed to over shine the rough
times and it is needed to make you feel that you do deserve to be happy. Ideally, you are happy
when everything is going great but should you set it as a goal or by doing that is there any
consequences?
Happiness is something that should not be goal worthy or even suggested as a goal. By
setting an emotion as a goal it intervenes with all your other goals and just becomes pushed off.
Happiness should be something you do instead of think about. If you can be successful in achieving
completely everything then why give yourself more stress about something that you can instantly
do yourself. It should be something given and not planned. Happiness should be something you
feel throughout life and not some sort of new year’s resolution. Setting it as a goal can lead to
harmful ways. How are you going to force an emotion that ideally you should feel during a point
of your life? Another reason happiness as a set goal can lead to making life difficult because it is
forcing another problem on your shoulder and may result to disappointment. If you force happiness
and attempt to plan it out, the non-satisfying results will sicken you because happiness is not some
sort of monthly subscription. Although many may suggest that some human beings are depressed
and are less likely to detect happiness or even desire it, they still have senses allowing them to be
By setting it as a goal is something you should surely consider not doing because if you
are to set a goal about something so strong as the emotion happiness and seek powerful results, the
non-powerful results will disappoint you. You will ask yourself what was the goal you needed to
succeed and you might even question your determination on why you needed it so badly. You may
receive very little non-exciting results. If you expect too much and think that just because you
thought that you could just set the goal and instantly achieve it, you are wrong. If you did expect
too much and thought that just because you planned it out, that you were going to achieve it than
your whole point of happiness is off. Happiness shouldn’t be something easy accomplishable and
shouldn’t ever be considered as goal because the results may or can leave you disappointed.
