Firstly and with all due respect - I am an atheist. I don’t worship or honour anyone or anything – we are all equal. .

I seek your assistance please with my application and returning me home – to my HOME STATE.

This is lengthy, but it is Not of my doing but what I have been enduring simply to get this far. It is covering
two Ministers, (a) Social Welfare aka Human Services and (b) corporate Hackers – illegally.

Three persons from Dandenong DOHH and 4 offices. Moe. Dandenong Wangaratta and Wodonga;

And what appears to be deceit and or fraud.

It is covering THREE STATES. NSW ACT and Melbourne.

It explains the medical conditions and with some shock the sudden allowance for medical care and treatment
after 25 years of none – for the major issues.

COMMENCE; background:-

I WAS NOT INFORMED about NRAS @ Social Welfare Minister, I found out by accident (2006 until 2019).

I then wrote to the Minister asking for his assistance.

Another reason for that is due to; NRAS MEMBERS such as CHL and others were claiming I had to be registered
with Housing first before they could assist me.

whom I saw and presented all my documents and some important evidence to.

MOST IMPORTANTLY; Housing whom is partially funded by NRAS denied me a TRANSFER out of the violence
etc for 4.5 years until just prior to their hand over to SCCH……October 2018. That is where I sit. WAITING…

Lies then told to executive director - “anne campbell” who wrote to me stating I named “Merimbula” and had
to provide SCCH with a Psychio report - at my further expense to obtain the automatic roller door…requests for
same denied since 2015. I have never been asked to provide a physio report on my hands and spine !! it was a
lie by Nowra office… NOW I AM AT THE HOSPITAL STAGE.!!!

And now Southern cross community housing SCCH who was or is FULLY funded by NRAS …and the female who
write the abusive Dictatory letters name sits under NRAS and SCCH. See Letter to Minitser.

L J HOOKERS NAME appears under NRAS; Pakenham Victoria 2004 / 2005 and 2012 in NSW

CHL who SCCH manager told me not to contact ever….. sits under NRAS also…

NOT ONE PERSON / Group/ Corporation etc Told me about NRAS between 2006 and 2019. THEY STILL HAVE
NOT.

NoOne has even suggested PRIVATE RENTAL options. I provided evidence as to homes which is less expensive
than what I am currently being forced to pay to Housing. Some where HOMES IN VICTORIA. Ie $180 per week.

I am currently paying $357.30 per fortnight. +

For a home (Unit) with no security and privacy - full of violence aggression and sliding down the hill…plus much
more.

I am entrapped in this vile town; hence the gp stated I suffered from Anxiety being here.

Then the Authorities call me a Loony for raising complaints and blame it all on me etc ! Not a nice way to treat
their loony is it?

Firstly - I did not want to reveal all the contents but my hand seems forced. I am desperate to get out of
NOWRA and NSW aka Little Chicago as it was always known. I want to be left alone. See all below for

The chances of land and housing relocating me to SUITABLE AND APPROPRIATE ACCOMODATION are zero.
Their excuse now is "It’s the type of accommodation you are seeking that poses the problem"….they then changes
by preferred zone as stated to EDEN they refused to assist me with the CORRECT ZONE..I accidentally wrote
MERIMBULAS ZONE and so that is where ANNE CAMPELL the executive director of land and housing ,
Ashfield wrote in her letter to me I had nominated. I did not of course.

NB HE HAS JUST THREATENED ME -HAS HE NOT? The amount is under questioning and for good reasons…
all he is doing is BULLYING INTIMIDATING AND FORCING ME TO PAY THEIR ALLEGED FIGURE - EXACTLY WHAT
HOUSING DID TO ME FOR 4 YEARS IN A ROW - ACCOUNTING FRAUD EMBEZZILMENT. EXTORTION.

She entered this unit for the 2ND time. 23 January 2019 under another illegal HOUSE INSPECTION… She
shoved me backwards through the garage door leading inside the unit and down the passageway by using her
IPAD. She did also falsely accuse me for the 2nd time of Mimicking her accent of which I did not and cannot do
an IRISH ACCENT….it was an American accent I used and it was used to descretely advise her that saying after a
crime was committed (By Judith) was outlawed in America. It was deemed offensive - which it is. (Boston
police)

PRICE THEN WENT AFTER THE 3RD ILLEGAL ACCESS in February. Again between the legal aid lawyer x and her
they altered the date without any consultation from me…. A FRAUDELENT CLAUSE was used by Price to enter.
Fact I raised with lawyer x. IGNORED… I offered a word of caution at this point of time; “if she comes anywhere
near me again and assaulting me I will not need Nowra police - I will personally apply the Citizens Arrest on
her and see her deported”.

SHE SENT ANOTHER FEMALE. I ask you to return to Helen Mc Devitt’s letter of dictatorship.

I ask you - How would you feel when you rights have all been removed and you were subjected to all this and
far more….and called a waste of time and a whole lot worse?

CENTELINK - minister of human services can grant permission for centrelink to hold someone under “aerial
Surveillance with CAUSE’. No one has a cause. POLICE COMMISSIONER can grant WRITTEN permission for a
staffer to WORK FOR THE MILITARY on a part time basis.

accommodation.

POLICE NATIONALLY have become a major concern for nearly all citizens now. I believe the
Victorian Parliament has recommondations for improving the misconduct and corruption within
the Police force, especially after the Lawyer X saga and the Mistaken identity and beating of a
Gay Male recently.. Recommendation = Police not investigating Police. There lays a cause of all
this = Police Hate Crime. The Victorian State Attorney Generals office stated to me in 2004 “sit
down quietly Ann or you will make matters worse for yourself” = that has almost murdered me
and caused mammoth losses and harm.
