Dress Code:
 Formal for Monday to Thursday
 Smart casual on Friday & Saturday
 All Frontline employees should wear Uniform.

Work Duration:
 Working hours - 09:30 to 18:00 hours, five days a week. (Company is
functional 6 days)
 2 weekly offs.

Leave Policy:
Annual Leave 30 days
Public Holidays 8 days + 4 Optional holidays
Maternity Leave As per Maternity Benefit Amendment Act 2017
Paternity Leave 10 calendar days

Probation Period:
 3 months for Band 1, 2 & 3
 6 months for Band 4

Notice Period:
 45 days for Band 1 & 2
 3 months for Band 3 & 4

Reference Check:
 All new hires must satisfactorily clear Background Verification (BGV)
conducted by external agency.
 Relieving Letter from previous employer to be submitted within 60 days
of joining us.
