I am seeking a Medical Doctor who is willing to consider that I am the victim of

a bizarre poisoning crime. The crimes are unrecognized and uninvestigated by

law enforcement, and they are undiagnosed and untreated by the medical
community. I believe that upon review of my medical records, together with
the evidence that I have collected, an astute physician will recognize that my
medical situation can be categorized as a probable biological event according
to CDC and FBI protocols. I would then ask that they contact the appropriate
parties to initiate a microbial investigation.

My current medical condition can be described as 'the sudden onset and

uncommon bundling of common symptoms, affecting multiple organs, that is
not responding to standard treatment protocols, in a previously healthy
individual.' That is the definition of a biocrime, and I am the victim of a
biocrime. Some of the signs that I present with may only be associated with
animals, a clever attempt to delay the diagnosis.

I am being poisoned with a combination of dust, parasites, lice, worms, and a

form of radiation poisoning. The delivery mechanisms include the utilities in
my home, food and water contamination, insect infestations, the utilities, and
electronic weapons.

The suspect has conducted extensive research on emerging diseases, the war,
and weapons. He films and produces videos showing himself switching
foodstuffs in victim's food pantries, creating and releasing a nuclear bomb in
times square on new years eve, and one showing him disposing of a body in the
pine barrens in NJ. Someone has been searching websites on the causes of
death of women in Philadelphia and there is a row of women's photos circling
the walls of his apartment in Philadelphia. One of the photos hanging on his
wall is mine.

The assault is in response to my report to the authorities of hacking crimes by

the suspect, a computer vendor that I had contracted with to repair and secure
my computers, which then resulted in the loss of my internet recruiting
business where I was earning $200K a year. Both crimes, the computer hacking
and the poisoning continue, unaddressed, until today. The lack of belief in
what I am reporting has cost me my life savings and income and will eventually
cost me my life. The human body was not created to withstand an assault of
this nature.

Most medical professionals, even those who cannot come up with a unifying
diagnosis for the sudden onset of numerous illnesses and an extraordinary
number of abnormal test results, and who recognize the possibility that I may
be correct in my theory, do not understand that they are not expected to
diagnose the condition are unwilling to provide me the referrals to those
resources that might verify my claims. Physicians are reluctant to get involved
with the state and/or federal agencies.
My situation cannot be resolved with a diet and exercise, tranquilizers, nor a
sleep study. I am not looking for more shampoos and creams. I am not willing
to see a psychiatrist nor to take a course of prescribed psychiatric meds to
prove that I am sane. A forensic analysis will end all questions as to my state of
mind.
Most disturbing, I now also believe that my parents may also be victims of this
individual, and there are references on my computers of nieces and nephews,
left by the suspect. I need to resolve this situation immediately.

Here are the criteria to determine the existence of a biocrime and my

symptoms and confirmed diagnoses.

•Multiple unusual or unexplained disease entities in the same patient

•HepC, HepB, cirrhosis of the liver, hepatic injury?

•head lice and body lice, from who?

•fibers? worms? in my hair and on my skin

•left basal ganglia hypodensities, found in a study of Gulf War

Veterans who claimed exposure to Agent Orange.

•a scalp infection that creates a clear, white slime that slides down
the hair shaft

•eyelashes growing into the eyelid

•multiple eye infections

•parasites on my neck, tinea asca????

•losing eyesight, teeth, and hair.

•white fingernails. arsenic or kidney problems, or poisoning?

•esophagitis, gastritis, with ulceration. confirmed.

•IgM low, a rare occurrence, also found in a study on gulf war

veterans

•Increased alpha-fetoprotein, a cancer marker

•cherry red face when near heat, something is heat-activated inside

•baseball-sized knots on ankles, from bites that leave a yellow fluid

•venous stasis, caused by the schistome

•morbidly obese, rapidly gained 160 pounds in 18 months (this is a

symptom)

•High blood pressure. was 100/70 my entire life

•extreme multiple chemical sensitivities, due to chronic exposure to

toxins

•evoked potentials, abnormal

•nystagmus

•peripheral neuropathy

•neutropenia

•ringing in my ears

•low GammaGT

•vestibular dysfunction

•circles around irises, arcus or coal miners syndrome (?)

•one eye swollen shut (signs of chagas)

 •extreme lymphedema

•rash on arms, legs, and lesions that look identical to anthrax lesions

•worms, worms, worms, on my skin, in my hair, in my nose,

everywhere.

•Illnesses uncommon for a particular age group or area

•the sudden onset of mild brain damage of the sort that I have been
diagnosed with normally occurs in elderly patients

•cirrhosis is common to alcoholics. I do not drink.

•increased calcium oxalate, sign of anti-freeze poisoning

•lice; from where?

•other diagnosed parasitic skin diseases, from where?

•5 insect infestations in my home, the only home attacked, insects

never seen

•Unusual, atypical, genetically engineered, or antiquated strain of a

biological agent

•I have seen insects, and insect parts, in my blood and on my skin.

Medical tests do not identify a known infectious disease

•I have symptoms normally seen only in animals. gordian knots, hair

worms.

•no medical test identifies any human infectious disease.

•Simultaneous clusters of similar illness in non-contiguous area:

•my parents, in bricktown, constantly see doctors for unusual

medical problems, similar to mine, all of which can be caused by
toxicity or exposure. My father is a WWII veteran. My parents'
symptoms that have occurred in the last 2 years include the
following:

•Body rash, took months to resolve.

•yesterday, august 11 2009, she had eye surgery.

 •sleeps constantly

•recurrent infections

•3 infections simultaneously, a wart in her nose, an infection in her

nose, and third separate infection in her throat

•coughs constantly when home

•rapid progession of alzheimers

•20 pound weight loss

•broke hip last february, then went into cardiac arrest.

•sudden onset senility

•numerous lesions removed from his face, numerous times

•a bloody nose, 3 times in two weeks, profuse bleeding, had to go the

the ER to stop the bleeding.

•had low blood pressure entire life, as did I, and now he has high
blood pressure, as do I.

•sudden onset of double vision, got prisms, same for me

•vitreous surgery and membrane peeling

•bladder blocked, overnight stay in hospital

•had a blocked bowel, then explosive diarrhea (he had a colectomy

10 years ago)

•losing strength and muscles in legs

•lost 25 pounds in 2 months

•odd rash across forehead, entire forehead, a very strange purple

•total muscle wasting, his legs hurt, as of last week, August 26,
 receiving injections, I don't know what they are giving him,

•rapid, sudden loss of memory, not alzheimers, my mother has that.

This is different.

•Disease agents transmitted through aerosol, food, or water; suggestive of

sabotage

•All of the above, food contaminated, water poisoned, dust and particles
released through the heating system in my home, the vents in my car,
electronic assaults, the manipulation of our electricity. This winter 2009, I
became ill after preparing food at my parents. I see the same items in their
food as in mine. He is poisoning my parents. This man is criminally insane, he is
a domestic terrorist, with skills equal to a bioweaponeer. I have the samples
from my home and my parents home.

•Death or illness among animals that may be unexplained or attributed to a

biological agent that precedes or accompanies illness or death in humans

•5 separate insect infestations in our home, the initial one was the
Springtail, and it is one of the microscopic images that i see in my
blood.

•and then the lack of insects in our home when we used to have
numerous insects. We live next to the Great Swamp in Morris
County, a bird and wildlife refuge. To have no insects is unusual.

•more than usual dead animals in our yard that we had not sesn
before. a fox, a few chipmunks, dead rabbits.

•Any intelligence or indication that any individual or group is unlawfully in

possession of any biological agents ...

•My intelligence. And 6 years of collecting copies of the suspect's files

indicating that KB is involved in purchasing, creating, and
releasing infectious agents.

•Websites where to lease lab time, where to purchase used lab

equipment; how to gain non-emergency access to the labs at the
college of New Jersey.

•There is a listing of every college and university in the US,

Europe, and Australia regarding their research interests, mostly
on weapons and emerging diseases.

You should also Consider:

•I was healthy prior to KB's visit. I was 140 pounds, I worked out in the gym
4-5 days a week with a personal trainer. I was a Master's swimmer, and I
boxed, I biked, and I ran. My health was excellent, my family has no
record of unusual diseases, and my life was good.

•Today I am 300+ pounds, I am permanently disabled, and I can't walk

further than 50 feet without a halting low back pain, spinal column
infection? from parasites maybe? I cannot tie my own sneakers I have
Hep C, cirrhosis of the liver (I never drank), esophagitis, gastritis, with
ulceration, fungal infections, urinary infections, brain damage, lice, and
images of insects and insect parts in my blood.

•I have labs and xrays that confirm these diagnoses. My symptoms began
immediately following KB's visits in April 2002. Just after KB's visit, I had
projectile vomiting, blacked out for 5 days with a fever, hallucinations,
sweating, the chills, urinary incontinence, and painful, cold legs. I had
never been so sick in my entire life. Something was, and is, seriously
wrong. My life then, and now, is solely committed to the resolution of
this assault and the individuals responsible.
 •I saw, for the first time, short black lines disappearing into my skin.

•I have signs and symptoms identical to the anthrax victims of 2001, the
Gulf War veterans exposed to Agent Orange, and identical complaints as
the workers involved in the World Trade Center rescue and recovery.

Someone should consider what this individual is hiding that would justify
his use of biological and chemical agents, and electronic surveillance, to
prevent me from successfully reporting him.
My case requires the following:

•A microbial investigation. All evidence must be collected and processed

according to courtroom rules of evidence. Medical specimens must
comply with chain of custody, sent to multiple labs for validation, and
all specimens preserved. Some of my samples must be sent directly to
the NBFAC, Quantico, or the CDC. I cannot risk contaminated evidence.

•All labs must be submitted with a diagnosis of possible poisoning, toxicity,

or exposure to biological and chemical agents. Submitting them with a
created diagnosis to satisfy insurance billing requirements will not flag
my specimens for special handling.

•Please send my samples to those Individuals with expertise in identifying

emerging diseases with genetically or microbiologically altered agents,
and familiar with weapons of mass destruction, from the outset. Ideally,
a bioweaponeer should be consulted.

•A DNA analysis of my blood matched to the specimens that I have collected

to certify that these items came from my body.

•Forensic Engineers will be needed to examine the utilities in my home

(water, electric, oil, telecom) for criminal evidence, to determine
repairs needed, and to insure their return to safe operation in
accordance with the utility authorities and federal regulations

•An electronic sweep must be made prior to anyone entering my home.

Also, I would suggest that no one enters my home unless wearing
protective clothing. I am most certain of the situation existing here in
my home.

I am long past the window of opportunity to reverse the damage. I am simply

looking to halt the disease process, limit the damage, live out my natural life,
ensure that KB is indicted for attempted murder, and then write a book. This
story must be told.
