Governor’s Volunteer Service Award
In April our Founder,
Christine Shippey
travelled to the state’s
capitol to receive the
Governor’s Award for
outstanding volunteer
service.
“These volunteers
dedicate themselves
each day to helping
others succeed. For
many years to come, the
impact of that invaluable
time and effort invested
will be felt across the
state of Texas,” said

Texas Department of
Criminal Justice.
Currently Covenant with
Christ has trained and
mobilized volunteers to
operate 8 food pantries
across 4 counties to
Opening of New Community Center in
Huntsville Location
We are so excited about
the opening of our new
building located at 1410

behind our food pantry at
our Huntsville location.

occasion, we will have a
