Change the monitor software in order to leave the symbol for the open quick coupler in the display
until the quick coupler lock is closed. There are two types of monitors that have three different current
software versions in the field. As a result it is first necessary to determine the part number of the
monitor before flashing the new software. Refer to table 1 to determine which software to use for each
monitor part number.

1. In winflash, choose the monitor as the ECM to be flashed.

1. Look up the hardware version in the monitor menu.

2. Select the proper software based on the monitor part number and machine serial number.
