PRICE: The Ex-site price of the equipment mentioned will be

FREIGHT EXTRA ON CLIENT SCOPE

TAXES: GST @ 18% EXTRA

ERECTION & COMMISSIONING-

Rs.25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only). GST EXTRA @ 18%

PAYMENT TERMS

60% advance along with commercially clear purchase order

30% on confirmation of dispatch documents.
Balance 10% after Installation & commissioning

VALIDITY - The offer is valid for 30 days from the above-mentioned date.

DESPATCH - The plants will be dispatched within 04 – 06 weeks of receipt of your commercially clear
purchase order along with the above-mentioned advance and relevant documents.

WARRANTY - The product shall be under warranty only towards performance and workmanship for
a period of 12 months from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of delivery
whichever is earlier. Any change in raw water quality at the time of installation or later beyond the
design basis as mentioned in the Annexure – I of our offer could result in variation in performance of
the equipment, which is not covered under the warranty. Replacement of Consumable items such as
Media, Membranes, is not covered under the warranty along with plastic parts which are subject to
breakage due to poor handling or normal wear and tear.

EXCLUSIONS – All civil work to erect the plants, unloading of material at site, storage and handling of
material at site, all civil foundations, electrical connections, interconnecting pipelines, 2 no’s of Raw
water feed pumps, labors and plumbers, chemicals, salt, raw water and treated water storage tanks
are excluded from our offer.
