Hey, here we going to discuss about health and fitness. Do you people
think that healthy lifestyle leads to successful career? Yes, ofcourse. In my point of
view. a good health and fit body will gives you more confident to achieve everything .
many of them having doubts how a good health and fit body leads to successful
career.
Fitness is the main part of our life. If you workout daily your mind gets relaxed
and stress free. It maintain your health from following good habits,self-controlled and
make yourself be confident and health issues.

Nowadays, in this machine life noone cares their body to be healthy. Earning
money is not only to be happy but also to leads healthy life. So, everyone should
spend atleast half an hour everyday to do make your healthy body.

Lets see, how to plan for your days making your healthy body.

​A healthy diet is the main part of to be healthy and fit body. Many of them,
having doubt what is meant by healthy diet? Let me explain in detail. Make our body
should be hydrated, many of the people skip to drink water but true facts is .evryone
should consume 2-3ltrs of water.so dont forget to hydrate your body.

​Everyone cant able to afford to go for gym or fitness center. In this manner,
what we do? How to get fit body at home? Do some floor workout by guiding yourself
through internet. Do some of cardio exercise like jumping, walking ,running. It
reduces your body weight. If you are consistent with your daily workout surely you
will see your result. Here , i give you some of floor exercise list:
Lower abdomen:

1.Leg Raise
2.Cycling
3.Leg Press
4.Leg Stepper

Upper abdomen:

1.Situps
2.Crunches
3.Cross Leg Touch

These are the basics exercise for reducing your tummy fat. First slowly start up your
exercise with 5-10 counts with 3 repeatations and gradually increase your counts.
Step 3: 
This is thing many of the people difficult to follow. Yes, you people can judge
what i am coming to say.without this it’s not possible to being fit and healthy body.

Lemme, come to the point. Diet i know everyone should hate this but there option
without this. “A good diet makes your body healthy and fit”.

Diet is the major role playing in fitness. 25% of workout and 75% of diet makes
your body fit. First plan your diet chart . split up with your eating habits 4-6 times in
day. Everyone gets confused how to eat 6 times in day. Yes, You can letme explain
about this in detail:

1.Breakfast (8am-10am)
2.Mid morning or Burnch (11am-12pm)
3.Lunch (12.30pm-1.30 pm)
4.Evening snacks (3.30pm-5.00pm)
5.Dinner( 7.00pm-8.30.pm)

This is the way everyone should spilt your days for eating. Take some healthy foods
like vegies, fruits, spinach, millets, sprouts. Totally , avoid junk foods like packed
items, sweets, cakes, icecrems, soft drinks. These are the things you get easiest
way to get into shape. I know starting it’s difficult to follow but gradually decrease
and make yourself self controlled and set a goal to acheive.

These are the simple steps i covered in this blog. I hope everyone get ideas
about fitness. Follow these things in serious manner you will see difference on you.
