A RESOLUTION TO INSTALL A NEW WELL HAND WATER PUMP

At the special meeting of the Board of Directors of Mactan Ibabao Homeowners

Association duly convened and held on February 10, 2019 at Ibapu Mactan, Lapu-lapu City at
which meeting a quorum was present and acting throughout, the following resolution were
unanimously approved and adopted, and the same have not been annulled, revoked and amended
in any way whatever and are in full force and effect on the date hereof.

RESOLVED, that the Association will make or install a new well hand water pump, and the old
water pump shall be removed, because it is wrongly placed in the road right of way which can
cause inconvenience to passerby and/or vehicles and to avoid future complaints and problems
that may arise.

RESOLVED, that the estimated cost of the project is Php13, 000.00 including labor and
materials. Php 10,000.00 will be divided among members while the Php3, 000.00 will be from
the association’s monthly dues and any other related expenses that may arise out from this
project.

RESOLVED, that members shall contribute an amount of Php530.00 each (19 members) to
come up to the Php10,000.00 while Mr. Francisco Aying (member) is exempted from the
contribution as he voluntarily offered a small portion of his assigned lot where the water pump
can be installed. The deadline for the contribution is on March 15, 2019. Likewise, an amount of
Php5.00 shall be contributed as maintenance fee for the water pump which shall commence at
the month of April 2019.

RESOLVED, that the water pump shall be exclusively used by members of the associations and
their immediate families. Non-members of the association shall not be allowed to use the water
pump, unless otherwise approved by the Mactan Ibabao Homewoners Association’s Board of
Directors.

RESOLVED, that Ms. Maricris Fajardo (President) is hereby authorized to do the collections as
well as to make transaction with the water pump maker. While Ms. Aurora Gumba and Susan
Ornopia (members) are assigned to monitor the installation of the water pump and shall
coordinate with Ms. Fajardo if there are any other expenses.

IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED FURTHER, that once the new well hand water pump is
completely installed and is ready to use, the old water pump shall be removed or demolish
completely.

I, Aurora F. Gumba, the duly elected Secretary of Mactan Ibabao Homeowners

Association, an organization duly organized and existing under and by virtue of its registration
with the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, with principal office at Ibapu Mactan,
Lapu-Lapu City, do hereby certify that the Board of Directors in a meeting held on February
10, 2019 approved the foregoing resolutions in favour hereof.
