Counterbore Drill is usually used when the head of a fastener is required to be flush with
below the level of the workpiece surface. Material is removed from a surface to make it
flat and smooth.
Reaming Drill is a type of rotary cutting tool used for metal working. Is used to enlarge the
hole.
Procedure To Create
For Countersink Drilling measure the diameter of the screw from the outside of the
thread. This will allow the thread to cut its way through the material you are drilling
through. Drill pilot holes in each point of your lumber that would require a screw.
Then, select your drill bit and measure the depth of the heads on your screw. Widen
the top of each of your pilot holes then insert the screw.
Counterbore Drilling select the right screw. Then,be get your drill bit but,be sure to
inspect it for jagged or broken edge. Once you have proper drill bit selected drill
through the hole to pilot size mount counterbore in drill. Cut Counterbore to head
depth then,insert the screw.
Continue Procedure To Create
