IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE PURCHASE ORDER (ICPO)

We, G8 FUELS CORPORATION, hereby state and represent that we are ready,
willing and able to purchase commodities, if the offered price, the terms of
payment , and the procedures are agreed upon by both parties.

This ICPO is only valid for Seven (7) international bankings day (IBD) from the date
of the issuance thereof.

PRODUCT DIESEL D2 RUSSIAN GAS OIL L-0.2-62 GOST 305-82

ORIGIN Russian Federation
QUALITY per attached product specification (Annex “A”)
QUANTITY 50,000 MT per month X 12 consecutive months.
PRICE US$300 per MT (net US$280) CIF Singpore

PAYMENT Payment Guarantee SBLC MT760 ; Final Payment MT103/TT

PROCEDURE OF TRANSACTION (Non-Negotiable)

1. Buyer issues ICPO in company letter-head and with banking information.

2. Seller issues Draft Contract (open to amendments) to Buyer. Buyer signs, seals and
returns the Draft Contract to Seller for final endorsement. Seller gives Partial Proof of
Product (POP) consisting of the following:

a. Refinery commitment to supply

b. Certificate of Origin
c. Statement of Availability of Product
d. Product Quality Passport (Analysis Test Report) by Russian standard Gost.

3. Within 5 banking days, Buyer’s bank issues security guarantee payment SBLC MT760
to Seller nominated bank account. Seller’s Bank issues Full POP Documents to the
Buyer’s Bank, alongside with 2% Performance Bond (PB), consisting of the following:

01. Copy of License to export, issued by the Ministry of Energy, Russian Federation.
02. Copy of Approval to export, issued by the Ministry of Justice, Russian Federation.
03. Copy of Statement of Availability of the Product.
04. Copy of the refinery commitment to produce the product
05. Copy of Transnet contract to transport the product to the loading port.
06. Copy of the Port Storage Agreement.
07. Copy of the Charter Party Agreement to transport the product to discharge port.
08. Copy of Vessel Questionnaire 88
09. Copy of Bill of Lading
10. SGS Report at loading port.
11. Dip Test Authorization (DTA) & ATB
12. NOR / ETA
13. Certificate of Ownership Transfer
14. Allocation Transaction Passport Code Certificate (ATPCC) by Ministry of Energy.

4. Shipment commences as per signed contract delivery schedule and the shipment should
arrive at Buyer’s discharge port within 5-15 days. The SGS inspection will be borne by the
Seller at the loading seaport and Buyer at the unloading seaport.

5. Buyer releases payment within 72 hours to Seller by MT103/TT upon receipt of the
shipping documents and confirmation of the Q & Q by SGS/CIQ at destination port.

6. Seller pays commission within 48 hours by Swift MT 103 to all intermediaries per signed
NCNDA/IMPFA.
