INSTRUCTIONS:
Each group is tasked to come up with Cover page, Part I, Part III and Part IV of the
business plan.
Please submit the soft copy of your video regarding your advertisement or promotion on
September 10, 2018- maximum of two minutes ad only.
Cover Page contains the following format (This is good for one page)
Name of Business
- Description of the business (take note: its the business not the product)
a. Business Concept and Business Model
- Reason/s you come up with that kind of business (importace)
- How will you raise revenues? What critical factors will cause revenues to
materialize?
b. Vision and Mission
EXAMPLES:
Vision- “to establish a commanding presence and market leadership as a food
chain servicing major bus terminals in Central Luzon within the next five years.”
Mission- “to provide quality food and passenger convenience services that
would generate sufficient profits for stockholders and improve the lives of its
employees”
NOTE: Your vision and mission must be in line with your business. DO NOT COPY
THE GIVEN EXAMPLES.

2. Profile of Entrepreneurs (this is the profile of the proponents individually)
NOTE: In doing the Profile of the entrepreneurs, you must indicate their roles in the
business. The roles must be clearly stated to determine the responsibilities of each
member.
EXAMPLE:
Explain the role/s undertaken by the member of the group. Be sure to state their
roles clearly.
