    REFERENDUM 2019 IN CUBA

    The referendum on the new constitution in Cuba is only international


    politicking. Tyrannies do not obey laws or regulations or the morals that they
    themselves enact.

    The actual results of that referendum will never be known. It is possible to


    predict with accuracy the results that the direction of the submitted electoral
    system will offer: "90% of the population has voted for the 'YES'".

    If the "NO" were by an overwhelming majority, that will not cause the ruling
    clique to hold free elections with international supervision. The clique will do
    the same thing that was done in the 90s, when they decreed "the special
    period": expand existing ones and create new funeral homes and prisons.
