Strengths observed:

Ms. Casey understands the teaching practices and philosophy of PYP. She showed confidence to lead a lesson in an inquiry based approach. She understands
teaching styles of grouping , regrouping students during learning engagements. At the end of the lesson she took a feedback from students to check on their
understanding. Overall , students were engaged and enjoying their learning inquiring into communication and ways to communicate . Keep up the good work.

Suggestions for improvement: Ms. Casey should continue to keep herself updated with professional reading materials and PD.
