About US:

Stones2Milestones offers a scientifically designed and intuitive in-school reading program, Wings of Words
for children from ages 3-9.

Children who go to English medium schools in India are disadvantaged at young ages since they are expected
to learn in a language that is unknown and distant - English. This results in them falling behind academically.

We solve this problem by giving them the skill & will to read in English which gives them a lifelong edge in
learning.

We are unique because we are pioneering this effort in India in such a systematic way that is contextual and
age appropriate. Our program is delivered in a hybrid model using both technology and non-tech interventions.
We have three tech platforms Freadom (Parent app to work with children on reading), WOW Connect (for
teachers to upskill themselves and deliver the program in the class) and FAST (assessment). We are working
with over 90 schools across India including Teach For India schools in NDMC area.

Key Responsibilities:

1) To help administer and coordinate academic and administrative functions relating to our WOW Reading
program implementation in schools.

2) To monitor program progress in schools through review of app usage and data gathered.

3) To prepare excel analyses and reports for school management based on performance review

4) To work with school coordinators and S2M teams to review interventions in schools/teachers who need
more support based on metrics

5) To assist with assessment implementation, data analyses and reporting

6) To represent S2M in various forums and conferences and be available for school visits as and when needed

Skills/Core Competencies Required:

1) Excellent written and oral English communication skills

2) Good functional knowledge of MS Office products, Excel, Word, Powerpointetc

3) Experience of working with teachers, schools etc will be an advantage

4) Analytical skills

5) Knowledge of statistical tools

6) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
