Cautic recieving tanks level sensors end connection flange (8 Nos.) and tank flanges are
1 not the same

2 Caustic Receiving Panels are provided without mounting holes in panel and keys

In PSF & ACF air release and SFC drain, Pneumatic valve is DN and the flange installed is
3 ANSI B 16.5

4 WAC-1 & 2 air release line is intersecting the frontal piping.

5 In ACF, WAC-1 & 2, MSV is still to weld on socket rather than direct welding to pipe

6 In ACF, Cl2 Break and overflow ball valve is not sent wiith hex nipple

7 Pneumatic brass fitting shortage(Only considered for manifolds not for valves)

Temperature gauges (2 Nos.) for pipeline are not same type and not having same end
8 connection. 1/2" & 3/4"

9 Chromes taps are not sent

10 SFC to PHE piping is not as per drawing. Had to modify due to changes.

Chemical dosing CPVC elbow fitting shortage and Strainers(3/4" size- 2 Nos.) are not
11 sent.
12 Flow switch is still not on site

No Low level switches ordered in EC even though it is shown in P & ID for FeSO4 and Cl2
13 Dosing

No name plate base is provided for static mixer. And Only one name plate is available for
14 one caustic receiving tank

Cooling tower, Motor shaft dia and fan blade female groove dia is not same. 12 mm
15 difference.

16 In cooling tower, drain is 75 NB but in P & ID it is 25 NB only.

17 No Mounting board is provided for Tripple channel pH meter like the Turbidity meter

Diaphragm PG for WAC-1 &WAC-2 is not able to fix with niddle valve as it is touching
18 the inlet frontal piping

19 Shortage of Hex nipple, SS nut bolts etc.

20 Civil contractor recieved the drawing with old revised drawings. As per client , they have
requested for updated but no proper coordination from our side regarding drawings
