A Item No. 1, 2 & 3 - 13.8/0.48kV Distribution Transformer

1 All details in the drawing title block shall be in English language

2 All details in part list table (code, material, etc..) shall be filled up, whenever applicable.

3 Transformer winding material shall be indicated in the part list table.

4 Type of bushing material (HV & LV) shall be indicated in the part list table.

5 Type of tank sealing pad material shall be indicated in the part list table.

6 Terminal pad shall be bronze or copper material and to be indicated in the drawing details.

7 IP class details of cable box and terminal box shall be indicated in the drawing.

8 Transformer tank details (i.e. material, thickness, color) shall be indicated.

9 Radiators shall be included in the parts list.

Isolation valves shall be provided for radiatior and separate filling plugs, air bleed plugs and drain

plugs shall be fitted to each radiator section and details to be indicated in the drawing.
Two (2) nos. Transformer earthing terminal shall be provided (only 1 provided as per part list table

and drawing).
12 Jacking pad for Transformer shall be provided.

13 Transformer's center of gravity shall be indicated in the drawing.

14 All items in part list table shall be indicated in the drawing.

B Item No. 4 - Schematic Diagram

1 All details in the drawing title block shall be in English language.

2 CT details shall be indicated in the schematic.

3 Wire color and size shall be indicated in the schematic.

Component list (i.e. Qty, Component name, Part no., Reference No., Manufacturer) shall be

C Item No. 5 - Name Plate

1 All details in the drawing title block shall be in English language.

2 Name Plate shall be made of stainless steel material and to be indicated in the drawing.
Name Plate drawing details shall be provided for 100kVA, 200kVA & 400kVA Distribution

Transformer.
4 Drawing no. shall be provided in the title block.
Oil type indicated in the name plate is 25#. The type of Transformer oil shall be mineral oil and to

be indicated in the name plate.
Values for Load loss, No load loss, impedance, etc.. to be indicated in the name plate shall be as
6
per approved FAT report.
D General Comments:
Installation, Operation and Maintenance manual of the Transformer and accessories shall be
1
submitted.
2 Duly signed Routing Test Results shall be submitted.

3 Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Procedure and Report format shall be submitted before FAT.
Offered HEMG - Distribution Transformer shall be in full compliance with Project - Technical
4 Specifications, clause TS-5.0 and Part 2 - Technical Data Sheets, E-1.0., otherwise any deviation
from the Specifications shall be declared by the Manufacturer.
