Easypaisa Merchant Portal: Quick Start Guide

Welcome to the Easypaisa Merchant Portal


The Easypaisa Merchant Portal allows you to conduct all Easypaisa transactions via an easy-to-
use web interface. To get started with the guide, please

To get started with the Easypaisa Merchant Portal, you first need to sign-up.

Sign Up
In order to use the merchant portal, (This functionality is only available to registered Easypaisa
merchants/retailers). Following are the steps to register on merchant portal.

Step 1: Call “345545” and provide them your Personal Information & Account related information to
get your “username”
Step 2: Click “Sign Up” :
Step 3: Enter “Username” and your “USSD PIN” the same one you use on your Easypaisa POS,
and click “Next”

Step 4: Select the “POS/Mobile Number” of the handler you want to sign-up with, and click
“Next”

Step 5: Enter “Password” and “Confirm Password”. Also enter the “One Time Password” that
you will receive on selected POS/Mobile Number and click “Set”

FAQs
1. How can I get my username?
Call “345545” to get username.

2. What is my USSD PIN?


USSD PIN is your Mobile Account PIN (MPIN).
3. What if my POS/Mobile Number is not showing?
In case your POS/Mobile number is not showing in the options, please call “345545” for help.

4. What if I am able to set my password? Can I set a simple password e.g. “123456”?
Strong password with at least 8 characters that includes a combination of mixed case letters
and numbers should be used as password.

5. What if I did not receive OTP?


In case you do not receive OTP, you can request for OTP again by clicking “Resend OTP” option.
Login
Now that your login has been created, you can login into the merchant portal account.
Following are the steps for login:

Step 1: Enter “Username” & “Password” and click “Login”

FAQs

1. What if I forget my password?


In case you forget your password, you can create your new password by clicking “Forgot
Password” on login page and follow the steps. For creating new password, your Easypaisa
Mobile Account PIN (USSD PIN) will be required.

2. What if I did not receive OTP?


In case you do not receive OTP, you can request for OTP again by clicking “Resend OTP” option.

3. What if my POS/Mobile Number is not showing?


In case your POS/Mobile number is not showing in the options, please call “345545” for help.
4. For how long will the OTP be valid?
OTP will be valid for 15 minutes, after creation.
5. What will happen if I enter incorrect OTP?
After 3 wrong entry of OTP within 15 minutes of OTP creation, the created OTP will expire, and
then new OTP will have to be created.
