1. Mount DIN rail in the box. Refer to Mechanical drawing # 300711

2. Assemble Terminal blocks as follows:

1 x 2-CO-023 (Din rail mount for Power Supply)
1 x 2-CO-026 (Power Supply: PS1)

IO Rack:

____1. Prepare a 4 Position IO rack SimEx# 2-CO-016. Install 2 quantities of DIN Clips 2-CO-024
onto the rack holder first then install the rack.
____2. Install the rack onto the din rail. Configure rack IO as per the table below:

a. For FB1 use 2 blank markers and number them from 1-2
b. For FC1 use 2 blank markers and number them from: 1-2
c. For TB1 use 4 blank markers and number them from: 1-4

5. Label IO Rack as ‘IORACK’

6. Attach nameplate.

7. Place a copy of this document and associated documents from page 2 inside the cabinet.
